This hilltop cottage is nestled within our five acre private property which offers beautiful views of the nearby valley to the south. We have only this one rental cottage for offer on our property. Hence, you can be assured of privacy and exclusivity.
The pool
As guests, you will have exclusive use of the private pool area. Our salt water pool measures 16’ (5m) x 40’ (12m). It is surrounded by beautiful stonework typical of the region. The surrounding landscaped gardens offer a wide variety of plants such as wild agave, lavender and roses. This secluded spot offer splendid views of the valley below.
This is an ideal place to relax with a book, plan your day trips, or just soak up the wonderful sun under the clear blue skies of southwestern France.
La vie est belle

Within a short seven minute walk from our cottage is the quaint medieval village of Montagu-de-Quercy. There you will find a variety of patisseries, food purveyors, wine shops and weekly farmer’s markets. Our region offers many unique specialties to taste. With our well equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own cuisine from local ingredients or you may choose to try out several fine restaurants in the villages.

From our property, you have many nature trails for hiking or jogging. In particular, there is a medieval footpath which leads to a beautiful lake with a sandy beach. Whether you choose to explore the surrounding area or simply to relax among the beautiful old trees and birdsongs of our property, we are certain that you will enjoy 'la belle vie' that southwestern France has to offer.
